Friday - Jambalaya - Locally grown rice, Chicken, sausage and other tasty things.
Saturday - Gumbo - Chicken, pork, rice and spices cooked all day long in a family recipe!
Sunday - Cochon de Lait - Roast Suckling Pig and all the trimmings!
Monday - Crawfish Boil - Cooked on site and served "family style"
